ILM Certification

ILM Certification Level 3 Leadership and Management

Overview

Our ILM accredited programme develops delegates’  knowledge, skills and behaviours which are critical success factors for highly effective people managers.

The programme runs for approximately seven months and consists of pre-course work, classroom training, virtual support and assignments to achieve accreditation.

Our workshops are highly interactive.  We facilitate engaging discussion within the group, deliver and facilitate presentations, case studies and group work. The workshops promote reflective review, and encourage delegates to find opportunities to apply the learning in the workplace. Delegates are supported with an action learning based coaching session and will complete two work-based learning assignments, which are assessed and verified by the ILM in order to achieve their accreditation.
